San Diego Rescue Coalition Meeting
April 12 @ 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Did you know SNAP is part of the San Diego Rescue Coalition?
The San Diego Rescue Coalition is a group of animal welfare advocates across San Diego County who meet quarterly to collaborate, share resources, and strengthen how we serve animals in our community.
This group believes something simple but powerful.
Prevention matters.
Reducing the local homeless animal population through affordable spay and neuter and access to veterinary care is key to solving the crisis we all see every day.
Their mission is to come together as one unified group to:
• Share ideas
• Build partnerships
• Improve rescue practices
• Advocate for homeless animals
The coalition focuses on creating innovative rescue strategies, sharing expertise, strengthening partnerships between public and private animal services, and supporting each organization’s mission while improving animal welfare across the region.
No one organization can fix this alone. But together, we can move the needle.
If you are in the veterinary field or part of a 501c3 rescue, we encourage you to follow their Facebook page and get connected:

Stronger together. Always.
