Spay-Neuter Action Project (SNAP) has received a donation of Vectra® pest control products valued at $4,600 from Ceva Santé Animale S.A. At the SNAP East Spay Center in El Cajon, approximately 1,000 pets annually are treated with Vectra®, at no-cost to the pet owners. By providing Vectra® to clients, SNAP and CEVA are helping pets stay healthier, more comfortable, and protected from diseases. Vectra® for Cats & Kittens kills fleas and breaks the flea lifecycle. Vectra® 3D for Dogs kills and repels fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, lice, mites (excluding mange mites), and biting flies for one month.

“For many of the animals who SNAP spays or neuters, this is their first flea treatment and, in some cases, their first veterinary visit,” said Dorell Sackett, Director of SNAP. “We are grateful for Ceva Santé Animale S.A.’s commitment to animal health and for their helping SNAP to provide this free service for our clients.”
